After the year 1249 scientists created there first shifter, a Pike. The pike was not successful and drowned in all it's defects, they became extinct. The next shifter was the queral that was 89% sustainable. It's life span ranged from ten to fifty years, when fully healthy. After years of practice they started to make mutants in 1254, now they have started to bond with there creations, which is not always good!
